Our care teams are equipped with and trained to use the latest Raizer 2 chairs, allowing us to lift anybody that’s fallen or unable to get up on their own in a fast way that is very safe and efficient.
Home Health Monitoring – National Early Warning Score (NEWS)
Our Home Health Monitoring tools enable our team to gather vital health information, including blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen levels. With this information, and immediately getting a NEWS 2 score to hand – we can make very confident decisions on the next steps for your loved one and whether or not further medical assistance is required.
Round the Clock 2-Hour Response Window
We aim to resolve your situation within a 2-hour window, even in the middle of the night. While we’re attending to your loved one, we’ll make sure they’re comfortable and safe, keeping any emergency contacts informed – just the way we’d want to be treated ourselves!
In exceptional circumstances and our care team member needs to stay longer than 2 hours, there will be an additional charge based on our hourly rates.
What do I need?
In order to use this service, you or your loved one must have an existing call button system in place.

Our fair pricing – what’s covered?
In order to ensure we can deliver the response times and quality of service that you and your loved one deserve, we need to ensure our costs and the costs of our amazing care teams are covered, whilst keeping things competitive at the same time.

£30 charged monthly to cover admin costs and ongoing support
£300 to be held on account to cover 2 callouts
