Tailored End of Life Care & Palliative Care

High-quality care

An end-of-life or palliative care diagnosis for anyone can be a worrying and emotional time. There may be so many questions and concerns that will often lead to not knowing where to turn. These feelings can be very normal, and this is where having a friendly and supportive care team at your side can make all the difference.

High-quality, personalised end of life care means ensuring that the holistic needs of our clients and their families are met just as well as their physical needs. It also requires a compassionate approach and the ability to see each person as an individual.

We understand that supporting a family member at home during the final part of their life is so important. Drawing on personal family experiences and constant learning we understand that a compassionate, sensitive, and warm approach is essential to our clients and their loved ones. It is a real honour and a privilege to be able to help care for someone at such an important time in their lives and we at Unicare Devon pride ourselves in our well-trained team that specialises in this area.
