Our respite service is completely bespoke

Respite care is temporary care for you or your loved one should you/they require some extra support.  Typically respite care is arranged in circumstances such as if your regular carer needs a break or if you or your regular carer is recovering from an accident or illness. Our respite service is completely bespoke and will focus on individual needs and preferences and can be a temporary or long-term arrangement.

Types of Respite Care

Twenty-Four Hour Care

Twenty-Four Hour Care is care that is provided at your home twenty-four hours a day by our experienced team. Depending on your preference and level of support that is required we can provide this service on an eight, twelve or twenty-four rota basis.

Individual Specific Care Visits

These are visits that can be arranged to provide that extra peace of mind and are generally just for a few hours each day or each week. These visits may be useful if a regular carer is unable to attend or in case of a family emergency.

Our Focus

We understand that the support family and friends is especially important to those who rely on it. We also know that for those providing this care, it can be essential to have some time away from their usual responsibilities. Respite care can give a carer the opportunity to take some time to look after their own health and wellbeing and it may offer space for them to reboot and take a break from their usual responsibilities. Such a break may avoid resentment so that they can continue to be there for the person that they care for with a refreshed approach.
